* You will be notified of your pending Referral Rewards Bonus Check once your referral has signed a full construction agreement and paid a deposit on their project. This offer is only valid for referrals located in the Denver metro area including Denver, Englewood, Lakewood, Littleton, Wheat Ridge, Centennial, Greenwood Village & Highlands Ranch. Other metro areas may qualify if agreed upon by DBD in advance. Terms and conditions can be changed at anytime. Certain restrictions may apply. Only one reward can be used per contract. First referral receives the award. Your referral must tell notify DBD that you are the referring party prior to the completion of the Initial Home Meeting.
